How do I order?
Get inspiration from the colours & flower page, then look very carefully at the letter font & tag sizes.
For example if you want a basic tag- go to the standard tag page, fill in the information and check out. If you're uncertain about colours, size, flowers etc. just send me a message through instagram or mail and I'll help you!
Does my tag have a phone number on the back?
Yes! This is standard with your tag. if you don't want your phone number on the back you can leave that space blank.
Do you ship worldwide?
Absolutely! Still if you're uncertain about shipping don't hesitate to contact me!
Can I follow my order?
We ship out all tags with PostNL, so when available I'll always send you a Track & Trace
What are the shipping costs?
We ship out all tags with PostNL.
- Standard shipping in the Netherlands is €4,15
- Standard shipping Europe is €5,70
- Standard shipping Worldwide is €11,50
BUT
- Free shipping in the Netherlands with and order of €40 or more
- Free shipping in Europe with and order of €45 or more
- Free shipping in the Netherlands with and order of €45 or more
Keep in mind that with more weight the shipping will be more than the standard shipping
How long is your processing time?
Processing time might vary between 2-8 weeks.
This depends on the weather, complexity of the tag, my work & university schedule. This processing time can and might be longer sometimes.
How long is the shipping?
Due using PostNL, most packages in the Netherlands arrive between 2-8 days. In Europe it may be between 3-14 days and worldwide 3-23 days. This may vary due to weather, holidays, weekends, strikes etc.
What is the difference between processing and shipping time?
Processing time is the time working on the order and shipping is when I shipped your order and waiting for it to arrive

I'm not satisfied with the quality of my order, what do I do?
All tags are handmade and some tags might slightly look different. It is possible that bubbles can sometimes appear in the tags, these are not faulty products, they can just naturally form when the tags are drying. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact me through dm or mail let me know the following:
- your order nummer
- which tag is it that you're not satisfied with
- please send me a picture with that.
How do I take care of my tag?

Why does my order look slightly different from pictures?
Every tag is handmade and unique and there is no exact replica from another tag. Each flower or colour is unique. Pictures can also make tags look slightly different due to lightning.
Do you make special custom orders?
The name/number is not correct, what do I do?
Is there a return policy?
All customized products containing a name and phone number can't be returned. It only can be returned if there is no name/phone number on it.
If you want to return, please contact me through dm or email and explain the reason why you want to return, your order number and a picture of the tag that you want to return.
